PLEASE READ THIS FIRST
To register for any WETT course, complete the following registration form. An e-mail will be sent to your local affiliate (or to the WETT office if you are in a non-affiliated area). You will also receive a confirmation e-mail that details your selected courses for registration and the amount that you will need to pay to your local affiliate. Your registration is not complete until your local affiliate has recieved your cheque. Plan to respond promptly since there is a course maximum of 25 participants. We look forward to hearing from you!

The information gathered from the following form is required for course enrollment purposes. WETT will use this information for course enrollment and course marketing purposes only. Please fill in all of the required fields (required fields are marked with an astrix "*").

To register online for an Ontario course, payment must be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) at the time of registration. If you are registering for an Ontario course and wish to pay by cheque or money order, click here to download the Ontario course registration form.
