First and foremost, we are mindful of the fact that many of our current members, as well as those just entering the stream, are required to attend in-person courses. With many organizations and learning institutes cancelling classes, we have assessed our upcoming schedule and will be communicating the status of all courses scheduled through March/April within the next week. We will continue to reassess the remaining scheduled courses in the coming weeks and advise accordingly. Updates will be issued directly to registrants and also posted on our website https://www.wettinc.ca/.
Course locations that are confirmed cancelled/postponed at this time are:
CANCELLED: Belleville, Ontario: Mar 30 to April 4
CANCELLED: Barrie, Ontario: April 19 to 20
POSTPONED: Winnipeg, Manitoba: April 15 to April 27
Anyone affected by the above cancellations will be contacted directly.
For members: Anyone affected by course cancellations/postponement, will be offered a credit towards a future course, or a full refund. For members requiring a CE credit in order to maintain certification, consideration for a reasonable extension will be made.
New students: Anyone affected by course cancellations/postponement, will be offered a credit towards a future course, or a full refund.
For the next several weeks the WETT office team will be working remotely. There will not be any disruption in responding to emails and phone calls. There may however be some slight delays with materials normally sent via mail or courier. Electronic notices and materials will continue to be issued regularly.
Communication during this challenging period is essential. We shall endeavour to keep members informed of any changes in the daily operations of WETT.
